An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note we do not ship on [*Insert Days Here - e.g. Sundays and Public Holidays*].

Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments which will be subject to the discretion of [*Insert Company Name Here*].

4. Delivery Instructions

[*TIP: You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of your website too.*]

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. [*Insert Company Name Here*] reserves the right to apply one of the three different types of shipping fees to each of its products:

1) Shipping class fee - products are assigned to a particular class based on their type / weight / size. Each shipping class will have its own set of shipping fees as determined by [*Insert Company Name Here*]. A shipping cost will then be calculated based on the combination of products (each assigned to a different shipping class) and the quantity of products within the same shipping class. It is important to note that in order to accommodate the Customer and reduce costs, the shipping cost for additional item(s) will usually be less than the "first item shipping cost" if more than one product is purchased within the same order.

2) Flat rate per product fee - a flat rate (or fixed rate) shipping fee is assigned to a specific product.

3) Free shipping - certain products may be assigned with a zero shipping fee in which case no shipping cost will be incurred when purchasing that particular product. If, this particular product is ordered together with other products that have been assigned a flat rate shipping fee and/or have been assigned a shipping class fee, then a combined shipping cost will be calculated for the total order.

Note: It is possible for the Customer to purchase a variety of products within one order whereby each of the products has one of the 3 different shipping fees associated with it. In such a case, we will calculate a combined shipping fee taking cognisance of the shipping fee type assigned to each of the relevant products.

To find out how much your final shipping fee will cost for the products you intend on buying, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. During the checkout process (before payment is made!), the shipping charges will be clearly displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at [*Insert Contact Details Here*].

7. Insurance

Please contact us regarding the various insurance options that can be used to provide you with peace of mind whilst your product is in transit. If insurance is requested and placed on your delivery batch then please note that this will incur an additional cost on top of the existing shipping fee.
